Like most men of this era, it is unavoidable that at some point in his life, Frank Sinatra was a cigarette smoker. While it is never a healthy thing to do, it does not seem to have overly affected his health, at least based on the list of condition listed as a cause of his death in 1998, at age 82. He died of a combination of heart disease, senelity and bladder cancer, among other things.
Well I guess the 50s and 60s wouldn’t have been as they were without cigarettes, so let bygones be bygones! But smoking cigarettes and hoping to beat the odds is not a good way to go through life!
